Saipan Billiards Association (SBA) is Saipan’s open 8-ball pool league.

The SBA/Budweiser Open 8-Ball League was formed for the purpose of providing a venue for the Island’s aspiring pool players to show their skills in a fair and honest competition.

Our leagues are not money leagues where cash prizes are given out. Our leagues are leagues made for fun to enable camaraderie among players and “bragging rights”. Trophies are given to the winners. All money received is used for league expenses such as printing, trophies, and an awards banquet. SBA Leagues operate in a manner similar to our Saipan Electronics Dart Association (SEDA).
